Fiverr is a platform for serious freelancers ready to help you grow your business.  If you’re new to dropshipping, fiverr offers all of the services you’ll need to get started from scratch.  Dropshipping has many moving parts, and to be successful, requires a lot of skill and experience.  Fiverr connects freelancers with business owners in search of particular skills to propel their eCommerce businesses. Fiverr saves dropshippers time by delegating smaller tasks out that might otherwise take away from more important tasks.  I’ve used Fiverr to create logos, product descriptions, product videos, translations, and more so that I can focus on marketing.  There are countless videos on YouTube related to Fiverr dropshipping services, and many testimonials from dropshippers who consistently use Fiverr.  There is an unlimited amount of services offered on Fiverr’s platform, but on this post I’ll focus on some of the essential ones needed for dropshipping.

  • I’ve used Fiverr over a dozen times to create logos for my business.  I’m pretty much useless when it comes to Photoshop.  The most I can do is go over to Canva and create a basic one using their tools and templates.  That’s why I choose Fiverr freelancers to create my professional logos that stand out.  It’s very cheap to have a professional logo designed, I usually pay around $15 per logo.  There are cheaper options, but I’ve found a freelancer who has time after time proven to provide creative custom logos that match my brand.

Shopify Website Design

  • When I first got started dropshipping I watched dozens of YouTube videos to learn how to create a quality Shopify website.  There are hundreds of videos and tutorials online that walk you through how to create your own store.  But if you want to avoid the hassle of watching hours of videos, you can head on over to Fiverr and have a store created for you.  Many of the freelancers will also include products and product descriptions, providing you with a turnkey Shopify store.  In my opinion the best types of dropshipping websites are branded one product stores.

Product Description & Ad Copy

  • One of trickiest pieces of the dropshipping puzzle is creating a compelling ad copy and product description that converts.  I wouldn’t recommend a beginner trying their luck if they have no marketing experience and wasting their money running ads.  I recommend hiring a Fiverr specialist at least for your first few products.  Study in detail how they create and set up the descriptions that convert so that you can begin to master the skill.

  • Probably the most important aspect of being successful dropshipping is a product video that grabs the consumer’s attention and forces them to your website.  Ultimately, the more people you get to your website the more sales you will make.  A creative video ad will lower your CPCs and CPMs as people share, like, and comment on your post.  Using Viral Ecom Vidz I’ve had CPCs as low as $.06 and CPMs as low as $15.  You can learn more about their services on my last post: Dropshipping Budget in 2020
  • However, Fiverr offers several great alternatives at lower price points.  It’s all about testing different freelancers until you find one that can consistently provide professional videos and is willing to work with you through revisions.  Lucky for you I’ve already spent the money to test a few of them and already found a great video creator.

Translation

  • If you decide you want to target customers who don’t speak English, I highly recommend using Fiverr instead of Google translate.  You can find a Fiverr translator who’s a native to the country or countries you want to target.  Typically, you can expect to pay between 2 and 3 cents per word for translations.  I’ve had entire product descriptions, video scripts, and ad copy translated to the desired language using Fiverr freelancers.  Go through some of the translators available and choose one that is a local to the area you’ve decided to target.
  • If you’re utilizing a blue ocean strategy and targeting areas that haven’t been saturated with dropshipping products you’ll most likely be targeting people who don’t speak English. The vast majority of dropshippers only target people who speak English. A great way to set yourself a part from the competition is to create a store in a different language and target countries that only speak that language. You’ll find multiple certified freelancers for each of these dropshipping services on Fiverr.  Prior to using their services, I like to message them first to get a better understanding of the service they offer.  I like to choose at least level 2 sellers who have a rating of 4.7 or better.  Read through the reviews of each until you’ve found someone who you believe will best get the job done.
